Ham Fried Rice (Breakfast)
Simple breakfast to start our day. Usually in Asia, particularly in the Philippines, we eat rice for every meal. Like a lot of rice, like 3 times a day lot. So there's no wonder we have some left over during dinner. So a fried rice in the morning is a way to save those left overs. Here's an easy way to make ham-based fried rice.
Ingredients
- Left over rice, cooked
- Ham, a slice. Sliced into small pieces
- Carrots, onion, garlic, spring onion, peas
- An egg
- Oil
- Salt, pepper and seasoning
Procedure
It's very simple. Pan heat oil with ham. Let it cook. Add in garlic and onions till garlic turns golden brown. Add egg, mix. While waiting, it's a good time to boil water for tea. Optional, of course. Egg should just take a minute or two to cook. Add in spring onions, carrots, peas along with rice. Mix well for a minute or two.
Serve.
With tea! Bon appetit. Enjoy!
