Pan Toast Bread with Scrambled Egg
A simple and easy way to get your morning started. Not as heavy breakfast as rice but this should suffice till lunch.
Ingredients
- 2 sliced bread, x3, because we are 3 in the family :)
- Butter
- Egg (3 this time since it's for 3 people)
- Tomato
- Onion
- Spring onion
- Salt, pepper and seasoning
Procedure
Pan heat butter, cook the bread. With high heat, I just do like an exercise count... Something like 1..8 and 8 down to 1. Repeat this 2 times and the bread should be ready for flip. Now repeat the process but with low heat. Induction seems to have a tendency to retain much of the heat so you wouldn't want a burnt bread.
For the scrambled egg, just simply add in a dash of salt, seasoning and black pepper. Whisk, add in tomato and onions. Add oil to pan. Cook in high heat and stir till cook.
Accompanied with strong coffee and your morning should be good to go :)
