Purefoods Corned Beef Breakfast | Roughly #PurefoodsDelataDoneRight
My entry for the #PurefoodsDelataDoneRight. I'd say it still a "done right". Not as pogi as Erwan but yeah, this is with a twist of Dodong style. So, better would be, #PurefoodsDelataRoughlyDoneRight, heh.
Not sponsored but yeah, just added a thumbnail to hopefully compete with Erwan's "done right" version. Doubt chefs will use Purefoods canned goods but with homemade channel like mine, I use it and will use it in the future. There are other varieties to doing this especially with breakfast. One way is with egg, or just simple saute and do a corned beef sandwich. Stay tuned! So here goes, here's my version of "done right" with potato, onions and lettuce. With rice, of course.
Ingredients
- 1 canned Purefoods corned beef, samll
- Onion, big but just 3 quarters, it's too much for small can but like the bigger round onion
- Medium sized potato
- Seasoning and black pepper
- Oil
- Small portion of lettuce
Procedure
Simple cook the cubed potato. I think it's best if you have a toaster, you can do an oil, salt and pepper and toast it for 3-4 minutes. This time though, it's sauted, just over 2 minutes. Seasoned with it Magic Sarap and black pepper. Serve with rice and lettuce. Don't forget your strong coffee.
Hope you enjoy this :)
