Quarantine Bibimbap
This is a homemade bibimbap. It's a healthy and light to medium meal. I usually eat this meal on dinner or lunch. Kinda not so light but makes your day for sure.
Ingredients
- Cooked rice
- Eggs
- Carrot, half
- Cucumber, half
- Mongo bean, sprout; taogi
- Ground pork, 150 grams
- Sauce
Procedure
Pan heat oil. Make sunny side up eggs. Set aside. Here's a how to do a perfect sunny side up egg.
Cut cucumber and carrots into thin strips. While at it, boil water and cook mongo sprout for 2 minutes. Strain and set aside.
Add ground pork into a pan. Add the sauce. Here's my homemade sauce, check it out. Cook the pork for about 5-6 minutes. It should caramelize beautifully. Set aside.
Prepare, make it beautiful. :) Add rice to a bowl. Add cucumber and carrot strips in the sides. Add the mongo sprout and the cooked pork. Sunny side up on toppings. Serve with chili sauce and hot sauce.
I prefer to eat it mixing all the ingredients with the chili sauce and hot sauce. Enjoy, bon ap!
