Spicy Tuna Fish Cake

I love this recipe for breakfast. With a kick of chili to start your day. But it could also be a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Century tuna, small
  • Egg
  • Cornstarch
  • Chili
  • Breadcrumb
  • Bell pepper & onion
  • Salt
  • Seasoning and black pepper

Procedure

Drain the tuna. Add egg. Chop the chili, onion and bell pepper. Mix them to a bowl. Add cornstarch and breadcrumb. Add seasoning and black pepper. Mix well.

Pan heat oil. Add a portion like a meatball but flattened. Cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another two minutes. Serve with rice and strong coffee.
